Over the past decade our organization has reached out to more than 3000 students, 500 NGOs, lawyers, school teachers and students. The following is a list of few activities which we have carried out in the past.
MCMEF, in association with the Indian Council for Enviro-Legal Action, campaigned extensively to spread grassroots awareness about conserving the Ganga and Himalayas. We asked the public to write a letter to the then Honorable Prime Minister, Sri. Manmohan Singh Ji, to protest against the proposed extensive damming in the upper reaches of the Ganga and the untreated flow of pollutants which are released into it downstream.
